These terms apply to your use of this website and your attendance at BLACKOUT, organised by Noise Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us"). By buying a ticket or attending, you agree to them.
Tickets are sold only through our ticketing partner, Ticketmelon, and are also subject to Ticketmelon's terms. Tickets bought from unofficial resellers may be refused at the door. Refunds and transfers follow Ticketmelon's policy and the conditions stated at purchase.
BLACKOUT is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID is required for entry. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who is intoxicated, behaves in a threatening or disorderly way, or does not follow staff instructions, without a refund. Bags may be searched on entry.
All bouts at BLACKOUT are sanctioned exhibition bouts presented for entertainment. Lineups, bout order and set times may change without notice, including on the night.
We may change the programme, performers, timings or venue if we need to. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will announce it on our official Instagram, @blkout.asia, and refunds will be handled through Ticketmelon.
The event is filmed and photographed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in footage and photos that we use for promotion and on social media. Professional recording equipment is not allowed without our permission.
Fight events can be loud, crowded and include strobe lighting and smoke effects. Please look after yourself and others, follow safety instructions and tell staff if you need help. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
All logos, artwork and content on this website belong to BLACKOUT and may not be copied or used without our permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
